Cal basketball has found a sharpshooter for the future in the form of Trevin Knell! Knell visited Cal just over a month ago and today took the pledge.
"Today is a day I've waited for since I was first able to shoot a basketball," Knell wrote on Twitter. "I've been blessed with great coaches, family and friends that have always been with me. Its [sic] with great excitement that I have committed to play for University of California Berkeley."
It appears that Knell will take a few years to go on his LDS mission, so he’s expected to reclassify from the 2017 class and join up with the Golden Bears in 2019.
