Zach Wilson shined once again as BYU rolled over Texas State 52-14 Saturday night in Provo. Wilson finished 19/25 for 287 yards and 4 touchdown before sitting early in the third quarter after BYU took a 42-7 lead. Zach showed his accuracy and arm strength on all levels of the field and BYU’s offensive line gave him great protection. The highlight of the night was a 45-yard TD pass from Wilson to Milne right before the half that showcased Wilson’s arm strength.
BYU’s defense gave up a TD on the opening possession but settled down and even came away with an Isaiah Kaufusi pick 6 in the third quarter.
