A third BYU Football player has decided to transfer this offseason, this one coming on the offensive side of the ball.
Wide receiver Akile Davis announced on Twitter earlier today that he will be “grad transferring” and is now in the transfer portal.
Davis was a three-star WR recruit (ESPN) coming out of De Soto, Texas and has seen limited action on the field in his three seasons in Provo. This last year was his most productive as he was able to total four receptions for 47 yards, with the longest reception being a 16-yard catch against Hawaii.
