A 70-year-old West Valley City man has been charged with 25 felony counts for sexually abusing seven girls over a 14-year period — and police are looking for more victims.

David Allen Williams has been charged in Third District Court with 23 counts of sexual abuse of a child, a second-degree felony; and two counts of object rape of a child, a first-degree felony. The victims ranged in age from 4 to 12 at the time of the alleged abuse, which police say took place between 1983 and 1997.

West Valley City Police opened their investigation in October 2018 when a 38-year-old woman reported that Williams had sexually abused her from the time she was in first grade through third grade.
