After one of the strongest ever showings for BYU Athletics in their fall sports, the winter sports have started off just as hot.
In the second week of full activity in the winter sports, the Cougars played eleven total matches, meets, or games from Thursday through Saturday, and they came out on top in nine of them.
Here’s how each team fared over the weekend:
Men’s Basketball
BYU’s two-game road trip was a mixed bag last week. The Cougars played arguably their best road game of the season on Thursday, beating Pepperdine 87-76 behind a career high 34 points from TJ Haws.
