Utah Gov. Gary Herbert will field questions from reporters on Thursday during his monthly, televised news conference at KUER, beginning at 10 a.m.
Herbert is expected to address the latest recommendations from a legislative task force on tax reform, a proposed ban on so-called “conversion therapy” and other state and political topics.
