The band and music teacher at a Utah junior high school has been arrested for investigation of sexual activity with a minor.
Jeffrey Luke Zawalski, 36, was booked into the Salt Lake County jail on Saturday after he contacted a “15-year-old victim … via email on five separate occasions to meet for unlawful sexual activity,” according to a probable cause statement.
Salt Lake Police added that Zawalski “asked for and received at least 10 images of child pornography from the 15-year-old victim,” and that he “was in possession of more than 10 pornographic images of children” when he was arrested.
