A Utah legislative task force has spent much of the summer touring the state and hosting town hall meetings on tax reform after a bill earlier this year collapsed under public criticism.
Now that this so-called listening tour has wrapped up, lawmakers enter phase two, where they’re going to try to come up with some concrete proposals in time for January’s session.
