Sandy City’s water crisis continues, but for a smaller number of residents. The no drink order now applies only to homes and businesses between 1700 East and 2000 East and 10600 South and 11400 South, the city announced Sunday, a decision made in consultation with state and federal officials.
That means those living between 700 East and 1700 East and 10600 South and 11400 South can now use their tap water. Drinking water tests also show no elevated levels at Alta High School, Sunrise Elementary and Altara Elementary.
