Happy Monday. Former astronaut and gun-control advocate Mark Kelly says that change could really come this time because of the activism sparked by the Parkland, Fla., school shooting. Kelly -- whose wife, former Rep. Gabby Giffords, was shot in the head in 2010 but survived -- says this time feels different than reactions to previous massacres because of the motivated youth getting involved. “They want to see change.
