Political Cornflakes: If it makes sense to ban tobacco and guns for those under 21, how about cellphones?

A bill introduced in the Vermont state Legislature would ban cellphone possession by anyone under 21. The measure was introduced by a gun-rights supporting Democrat trying to make a point in the wake of a recent law raising the legal gun purchasing age to 21 for those who haven’t completed a safety course.
