Officers who handcuffed a shrieking 11-year-old at gunpoint will not be disciplined, police say

The officer who pointed a gun at a terrified 11-year-old girl then handcuffed her will not be disciplined, police in Grand Rapids, Michigan, announced Wednesday.

The incident, which was captured on police body camera video, occurred earlier this month as officers were scouring a neighborhood in the city for a 40-year-old suspect accused of attempted murder.
