SALT LAKE CITY — It is not rare for BYU and Utah sports fans to go back and forth on social media, in the comments, at church and, well, just about everywhere.
It's much less common to see players from each of the rival schools give each other a hard time outside of the arena or stadium.
Though their football game is still three and a half months away, some Cougars, including starting quarterback Zach Wilson, and Utes engaged in some good, clean rivalry banter fun Wednesday on Twitter.
The exchange began innocently enough. Probably not knowing he was about to start a verbal war, Fox Sports reporter Bruce Feldman tweeted out a nice compliment about Utah's defense.
