Detectives want to talk to Thalwallkelah Lamar Washington, 38, who goes by his middle name. He drives a black, 2007 Mercedes Benz with California license plate 7XCP832.
According to police, a fight between two groups at the Wasted Space Bar at 342 S. Main carried over into a parking garage at 55 E. Exchange Place. Shots were fired; one person — whose identity has not yet been released — was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives have been told that there may be cell phone video, taken by people who were not involved in the fight or the shooting, and they’re asking any witnesses to share their video with police.
