Jacob Ence netted a hat-trick as BYU Men’s Soccer shutout Weber State Saturday night at South Field by a score of 4-0.
BYU wasted little time controlling possession, and fired off their first shot in the second minute. BYU would find the opener through Ence in the 12th minute, who placed a shot into the lower right corner from the left side of the penalty area.
Six minutes later the Cougars found a second, with Connor Fordham taking the ball into the box before passing the ball to a waiting Ence at the top of the six yard box.
