The Cougars last played on Friday at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. They defeated Fresno State by a score of 85-56 to get to 7-0.
The Purple Aces (7-1) played on Saturday, pulling off a thrilling overtime victory over Missouri Valley Conference opponent UNI. The final score was 91-89. Evansville began conference play at the end of November and has a 1-1 record there.
