Here's look at 15 years of the fatal accidents involving drivers with a BAC between 0.05 to 0.08

Between 2001 and 2016, 34 people were killed on Utah roads in accidents involving drivers whose blood-alcohol level was between 0.05 and 0.08. The following are brief narratives of those accidents, based on reports filed with the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration and, in some instances, news reports.
