According to the United States Marshals Service, Zackary Aldrige Hall, 28, was wanted for aggravated robbery and was believed to be armed and dangerous. Hall was tracked to the mall by the USMS Violent Fugitive Strike Team; officers waited until he exited the mall “to protect the public.”
But when he was approached by officers at about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Hall “refused to comply with their orders” and ran to his car. He started his car and used it “as a weapon … ramming his vehicle into police vehicles."
