Barring something unexpected, Jaycob Brugman will return to play baseball in Utah.
The former BYU outfielder and his Nashville Sounds will take on the Salt Lake City Bees at Smith's Ballpark in a four-game series beginning Friday.
Brugman was called up to the Sounds on May 21 for his first Triple-A stint. He knocked in at least one run in four out of his first five games with Nashville leading into the series with the Bees. On Wednesday, Brugman had three hits and an RBI against Las Vegas.
