Fisburn’s dominant round moves BYU Men’s Golf into fourth place

Patrick Fishburn must like Tuesdays, especially Tuesdays in Oklahoma.

After shooting one-under par during Monday’s opening round of the NCAA Norman Regional, he followed it up with a six-under second round on Tuesday.

His second round dominance moves him into second place individually, just one stroke behind leader Blaine Hale of Oklahoma.

More importantly, his strong play helped the Cougars shoot up the leaderboard from a tie for ninth into a tie for fourth.

As a team, the Cougars shot ten-under par, the second-best score of any team in the Norman Regional.
