Cougars roll over vs UMass with 56-24 win

It was a breezy afternoon in Amherst, Massachusetts and that’s the exact adjective that could be used to describe BYU’s win over UMass on Saturday as the Cougars dominated 56-24.

The game was decided in the first half after BYU set a school record for most points in a quarter when they blitzed the Minutemen for 42 points in the second frame. The quarter included three touchdown passes from Zach Wilson and touchdown runs from Lopini Katoa, Jackson McChesney and Aleva Hifo. Wilson, who didn’t play after the first half, finished with 293 yards passing on 17/20 with four touchdowns.
