Despite winning the No. 3 singles match, the BYU women's tennis team was defeated 1-4 by West Coast Conference foe Loyola Marymount.
Junior Polina Malykh highlighted the match with a dominant victory, 6-2, 6-3, over LMU’s Siobhan Anderson in No. 3 singles. Malykh’s win extended her season winning streak to 13 in a row. The Cougars are now 10-8, 3-3 WCC on the season.
