BYU is getting a potential impact player on campus as Charlotte big man transfer Aly Khalifa will take an official visit to BYU, sources close to Aly and BYU tell me. He is scheduled to visit BYU April 7-9.
Listed at 6-foot-11 and 230 pounds, Khalifa is a versatile stretch big man. He was one of the top players for a 49ers team that won the CBI, averaging 11.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.7 assists on 51% shooting from the floor and 38% shooting from three. Khalifa was 48-126 from three on the season, and 41% of his field goal attempts were from deep.
