PROVO — After falling at Utah 83-75 last Wednesday, BYU needs a bounce-back performance.
The Cougars will try to do that Saturday (1 p.m., MST, BYUtv) when they face Weber State at Vivint Arena.
But BYU (4-2) will be without freshman guard Nick Emery, who is serving a one-game suspension for drawing a flagrant 2 foul against Ute guard Brandon Taylor. Emery apologized Thursday for his actions.
Two years ago, the Cougars lost at Utah 81-64 and that started a four-game losing streak. BYU also lost at Oregon, at Loyola Marymount and at Pepperdine during that stretch.
