BYU women's volleyball: Cougars receive a No. 13 seed in the NCAA tournament

PROVO — The No. 7-ranked BYU women's volleyball team earned a No. 13 seed in the 64-team NCAA Tournament, it was announced Sunday night. The tournament seeds the top 16 teams, with those same 16 serving as hosts for the first two rounds of the tournament.

The Cougars will open play Friday in a match versus American, which was champion of the Patriot Conference.
