BYU women’s tennis head coach Holly Parkinson Hasler announced on Thursday the addition of Alina Menshykova onto the roster for the 2018-19 spring season.
“We are very fortunate to add Alina to our team,” Hasler said. “She has patiently waited for her opportunity to experience firsthand the thriving atmosphere of academics and athletics at BYU. Alina is gritty, positive, runs for every ball and her work ethic is exactly what we are looking to add to our team. We are excited she finally made it to Utah.”
Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Menshykova moved to Orange County, California, to play tennis at the Advantage Tennis Academy.
