BYU track and field: men's team moves up to No. 9 in national rankings

The BYU men’s track and field team moved up to No. 9 in the most recent U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) national rankings on Tuesday.

The Cougars moved up one spot after hosting the BYU Indoor Invitational earlier this month and winning the Air Force Team Challenge last week. This marks the highest in-season ranking the men’s team has received since being No. 8 in 2012.

BYU currently has three athletes ranked in the top 30 in each of their respective events. All-American Clayton Young is the highest rated Cougar at No.
