Changes for the BYU football offensive staff were assured when the program announced late in November that Ty Detmer was being relieved of his offensive coordinator responsibilities.
Part of the new regime came together when BYU announced Jeff Grimes as its new offensive coordinator on Dec. 14.
Now on Wednesday, Reno Mahe, who has served as the BYU running backs coach the past two seasons, shared a message via social media that indicates his time at the school may be coming to an end.
"Coaching at BYU has been an amazing chapter in my life and I have made memories and friendships that will last forever," Mahe said via a statement on Twitter.
