BYU women’s golf leads all teams at 14-over after the first day of the Juli Inkster Spartan Invitational on Monday.
“Our girls played very different from morning to afternoon,” BYU head coach Carrie Roberts said. “It was soft in the morning and in the afternoon it dried up and became very firm. You could definitely score. It was a good course and I'm proud of the way our girls played.”
At the end of day one, BYU sits in first place leading the 11-team field at 14-over at the Almaden Golf and Country Club golf course.
