The beginning of fall camp marks a slowdown in BYU football recruiting. And the coaching staff has earned a well-deserved break from recruiting as they have already extended over 100 scholarship offers in 2016, securing 29 verbal commits.
BYU is now into fall camp, which means Kalani Sitake and company are finally able to slow their frantic pace on the recruiting front. A break from recruiting is well deserved after a frantic summer that found the coaching staff evaluating talent all over the country. So far this year the BYU coaching staff has extended more than 100 scholarships, securing 29 verbal commitments from student-athletes from the classes of 2016-2019.
