ROMEO, MI. — Weston Jones announced his intent to sign with BYU football on Thursday. Jones is a 6-foot-5, 260 pound offensive line prospect who claimed offers from Virginia, Iowa State, Indiana, Air Force, Army, among others.
Jones becomes the fifth commitment for the BYU 2021 signing class with his announcement and the first out-of-state player pledged to sign. Other commitments include Timpview’s Raider Damuni, Jordan’s Tevita Mafileo, East’s Ricky Wolfgramm and Maple Mountain’s Kyson Hall.
