BYU Basketball: Kyle Davis to have season-ending knee surgery; Corbin Kaufusi returns to team

Coach Dave Rose announced during his weekly coach’s show with Greg Wrubell that senior forward Kyle Davis’ season will be ending prematurely due to a knee injury requiring surgery.

Coach Rose told us on tonight's #RoseShow that senior captain Kyle Davis is headed for knee surgery; his season and BYU career will be over.

Davis initially injured his knee prior to the Utah State game, but returned to play against USC. He tried playing through the injury, but realized in the opening minutes of the Illinois game that he would no longer be able to play.
