BYU Basketball falls at home to Houston

BYU kept it close for a half, but Houston ran away with it in the second half in a 76-62 loss for BYU (5-2).

TJ Haws had a season-high 25 points, including 6 three pointers, but Yoeli Childs’ 16 points were the only other complement to TJ.

Houston’s athleticism and shooting were too much for BYU the whole night. Cedrick Alley killed BYU all night, as the freshman ended with 19 points, 6 assists, 6 rebounds and 5 three pointers on the night. Seniors Corey Davis and Breaon Brady chipped in 24 points and 19 points, respectively.
