Bountiful man arrested on child-porn charges had ‘voyeuristic video’ of girls at Lagoon

A Bountiful man arrested on child-porn charges also had a three-hour “voyeuristic video” of girls at Lagoon amusement park, according to authorities.

Jonathan Michael Pulsipher, 44, was booked into the Davis County Jail for investigation of eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.

According to a probable cause statement filed in 2nd District Court, the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force began investigating Pulsipher in September, and discovered hundreds of photos and videos containing child pornography on his home computer.

On Wednesday, the task force executed a search warrant at Pulsipher's residence, and Pulsipher “confessed to downloading the images and stated he has had the problem since he was in his twenties.
