Provo, Utah — BYU came out hot early and were never seriously threatened as they cruised past LMU, 82-67. Elijah Bryant set the tone with 20 first half points, and finished the night with as season high 29 points. Yoeli Childs added support, as the sophomore forward finished with 15 points and 10 boards.

BYU built a 17-point halftime lead, but sloppy play to start the second half briefly cut the Cougar lead to single digits at one point. Free throw shooting and defense helped BYU close the game out.

Zac Seljaas started in place of Luke Worthington for the third straight game, and BYU subsequently scored over 80 for the third game in a row.
