BYU Football has completed two weeks of football, and the offense has been led by true freshman quarterback Bear Bachmeier. Bear has led the Cougars to a 2-0 start and has three passing touchdowns alongside three rushing touchdowns. He threw for 175 yards against Stanford.
BYU has a good future with Bear Bachmeier. He has great arm strength, good decision-making, and a high football IQ. So far, Bear looks like the right choice for the starting quarterback job. Bear has yet to throw an interception, and he has been good at ball security.
