A judge is expected to sentence Torrey Green today for sexually assaulting six women. Prosecutors want him to serve at least 26 years.

Brigham City • Former Utah State University football player Torrey Green is likely to learn Wednesday how much time he’ll spend behind bars for sexually assaulting six women.

In January, a Brigham City jury convicted Green of eight charges in connection with reports from the women who say the athlete sexually abused them between 2013 and 2015 when he was a student in Logan.

First District Judge Brian Cannell is expected to hand down his sentence for 25-year-old Green at a 9 a.m. hearing where Green’s victims will be given the opportunity to speak.
