What you should know about Butler basketball coach LaVall Jordan, who was fired Friday.
Jordan was hired in June 2017 after Chris Holtmann left for Ohio State.

Jordan just completed his fifth season at Butler. The Bulldogs made the NCAA Tournament in his first season (2017-18) with a 21-14 record. Since, they have gone 16-17, 22-9 (pandemic canceled season), 10-15 and 14-19.
Before joining Butler, he coached Milwaukee in 2016-17. The Panthers were 11-24, but won three games in the Horizon League tournament to make the championship game.
