Butler has found its next men's basketball head coach, and the name is familiar to Bulldogs' fans: Thad Matta.
The announcement was made Sunday morning. Matta, who played at Butler from 1987 until 1990, was an assistant for the Bulldogs for three seasons before taking over as head coach for the 2000-01 season.
