INDIANAPOLIS -- Butler point guard Aaron Thompson is questionable for Saturday’s basketball game against Indiana in the Crossroads Classic, the university announced Friday.
Thompson has been diagnosed with a sprained ligament in his right knee. An update on his condition will be provided Saturday morning after evaluation by Butler’s medical staff.
The news could be construed as good for the Bulldogs because Thompson’s injury looked worse than that during Wednesday night’s 85-66 loss at No. 6 Villanova.
