Kyle Young is torn over whether to keep his commitment to the Butler basketball program, according to a 247 Sports report. He picked the Bulldogs over Ohio State.
Tim Debevec, the coach at Jackson High School in Massillon, Ohio, told the website he has been in touch with former Butler coach Chris Holtmann and the new Ohio State staff. Holtmann, after three seasons as Butler head coach, left Friday for the Buckeyes.
Debevec told 247 Sports that new Butler coach LaVall Jordan has spoken to Young at least twice. Jordan was being introduced Wednesday at a news conference at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
