FISHERS — Gordon Hayward, the Brownsburg native, Butler University star and Charlotte Hornets forward, is now an ex-Fishers homeowner who took advantage of the booming housing market for a mighty profit.
Hayward sold his sprawling mansion on Hawthorn Ridge in Fishers two months ago for $3 million more than what he paid for it less than two years ago.
Hayward bought the 16,000-square-foot estate July 2019 from D10 Investments, LLC, for $3 million and sold it for $6 million, according to real estate records.
The ownership deed of the property, nestled in the neighborhood of Hawthorns Golf and Country Club, transferred from Hayward and his wife, Robyn, to its new owners May 4.
