INDIANAPOLIS – Blaire Langlois posted her first double-double of the season against Villanova on Tuesday night, but it wasn't enough as the Wildcats went on to outscore Butler 22-12 in the fourth quarter to earn the win. Langlois led the way for Butler by scoring 18 points and adding 10 rebounds, but a strong individual effort from Caroline Coyer lifted Nova to victory.
Coyer went off for a game-high 21 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals for the Wildcats. She sparked a 10-0 run late in the game by scoring eight of the ten points which led to a 45-33 lead for VU.
