@ButlerUGolf Tied for Fifth after 18 Holes at BIG EAST Championship

Butler is tied for fifth among a tight leaderboard after the first round of the BIG EAST Men's Golf Championship Sunday in Callawassie Island, S.C.

Butler's top finisher in the first round was Joey Arcuri, who fired a one-over 73. He played the front nine at two-under. Arcuri is tied for sixth individually. Xavier's Jose Montano shot a three-under 69 to take the individual lead after the first 18 holes.

Max Gagnier and Zack Carrabine each shot 76 (+4) on Sunday. They are tied for 16th. Brigham Stewart shot 80 and is tied for 32nd.
