INDIANAPOLIS — The blot on the Butler Bulldogs’ basketball resume is easy to spot: road games.
For all they have achieved, the 14th-ranked Bulldogs (16-3, 5-2) have been fragile on the road. In fact, they are one overtime away from carrying a four-game road losing streak into Saturday’s Big East pairing at DePaul.
That Butler is 2-3 on the road not only deviates from the rest of its resume — a 14-0 record on home and neutral courts — but from previous seasons.
