At 17-5 overall and 7-4 in Big East play, the Butler women’s basketball team has the best record in program history, but that doesn’t guarantee a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
After losing three out of their last five — one by eight, one by 21, another by 29 — Butler needs to build a better resume in their final seven-game conference stretch.
