The Butler volleyball team traveled to Milwaukee this weekend for their final road nonconference tournament.
The Bulldogs went 1-2 in the Panther Invitational from Sept. 13-14, improving on last weekend after going 0-3 at the Hampton Inn Bowling Green Invitational.
Butler first faced off against undefeated Western Michigan University on the afternoon of Sept. 13. It was a tight match, with both teams trading off sets throughout. The match went to five sets, and the Bulldogs continued their struggles with five set losses, falling 3-2.
