Butler’s 12-game, non-league basketball schedule was released Thursday. Let the second-guessing begin.

“I will at the end of the year evaluate: Did I make a good decision by scheduling this schedule?” Chris Holtmann said.
In one seven-game span, the Bulldogs face these six opponents: Vanderbilt, perhaps Arizona, Utah, Indiana State, Cincinnati and Indiana. Of those six, only the Cincinnati game is at Hinkle Fieldhouse. As many as seven non-league opponents won 20 or more games last season, and five played in the NCAA tournament.
