'You won't get any answer': Vincent Kompany shuts down questions about Chelsea's interest in him after being crowned the Championship's Manager of the Year as a reward for Burnley's incredible season

Vincent Kompany waved away questions regarding Chelsea's interest in him taking over this summer, insisting he would not 'stir up speculation' after a brilliant campaign with Burnley.

The former Manchester City captain, who picked up the Manager of the Year gong at Sunday night's EFL awards, has guided Burnley straight back to the Premier League having arrived at a club last summer that was increasingly unsure of itself.

Completely revolutionising their playing style, using much of the same squad that went down last season, Kompany has since been linked with a host of jobs with the Belgian widely seen as one of the brightest young managerial talents in the game.
