Burnley midfielder Dwight McNeil appeared to spit on Erzgjan Alioski in video footage from Leeds United's 4-0 win at Turf Moor on Saturday, with the North Macedonian responding by making some bizarre facial expressions.
Alioski went down under a challenge from McNeil during the second half of the game, but fans were left baffled when the midfielder stuck his tongue out while he was helped to his feet before raising his hands above his hears and wiggling his fingers about.
McNeil had approached Alioski shortly after the challenge while the Leeds star was on the ground, and appeared to spit towards him in a clip that surfaced after the game.
